Bright and dreamlike, Villa Palm Beach stands out among the rare subset of waterfront St. Barth villas. Situated on a sandy and private stretch of the coastline at the eastern end of Lorient Bay, this exceptional property is ideal for large families or for groups of friends seeking the ultimate in sea, sun and fun. The views from nearly every room in the house look west across the wide terrace and pool, across the sun-dappled waters of Lorient Bay to the hills of the island’s leeward side. Villa Palm Beach is made for entertaining and enjoying the St. Barth lifestyle to its fullest, with a large mirror pool and a bubble tub, ample seating, and equipment like sea kayaks and paddle-boards at the ready for when the mood strikes.
The main living area is open front and back, and offers a space for relaxing that shows an uncommon attention to detail in decoration and art. Four bedrooms are located just off the common area, and all provide the comfort of king or queen beds, views of the terrace and sea, and private en suite baths with Grohe fixtures and rain head showers.
To the rear of the property, past the sheltered outdoor dining area and fountain, a fifth bedroom offers seclusion and a garden view, with the added advantage of a private terrace with a kitchenette.
Weekly Rates
Rates are per week, in USD, and exclude tourism tax (5%) and service fees (15%). A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. Rates may be subject to change without notice, please see our terms of booking for detailed information.
*All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Year’s Day will be charged at the Festive Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.
