MAXIMUM FEE SCHEDULE (Since January 1, 2024).

As part of the seasonal rental activity, the agency's remuneration amounts to a maximum of 25% of the "gross rent" collected for the rental. This remuneration is the exclusive responsibility of the property owner. This fee will be deducted by the AGENCY from the payment made by the Client and, in the case of installment payments, as the payments are made.

The agency will also charge each tenant fees equivalent to a maximum of 15% of the "gross rent" collected.

The "Gross Rent" refers to the amount invoiced to the tenant Client for the provision of the Property, excluding the fees charged to the latter by the agency.
In accordance with Article 4-1 of the Hoguet Law of January 2, 1970, the real estate agency EDEN ROCK VILLA RENTAL maintains a capitalistic relationship with the company SARL EDEN ROCK.
